June 29, 2007 The balloon glow in Ridgeland, MS is an annual event that I was fortunate to get to attend while I lived in Vicksburg, MS. It's usually held near the fourth of July and after the balloons have finished putting on their show, fireworks follow. This was my first time seeing hot air balloons being set up.
